The Royal Scribe is responsible directly to the Crown and is chosen before the actual reign by the Crown Prince and Princess. The Royal Scribe takes care of producing scrolls and charters for all awards given during a specific reign.
The Royal Scribe changes from reign to reign. Upon assuming office the Royal Scribe must contact Sable Sable who is still responsible for format and consistency within the kingdom, and can suggest supplies, design elements, names of scribes, and feasibility of plans. Contact information should be given to Sable Sable immediately so any scribal concerns within a reign can be forwarded to either the Royal Scribe or Kingdom Scribe as appropriate.
It is the prerogative of the Crown Prince and Princess to choose their Royal Scribe. If they do not have someone in mind, they can discuss with Sable Sable on a suitable person for the position.
