Order of the Chivalry (Master / Knight)

Deliver these words to Our people that all may know the will of ____ and ____ (Our will). It is Our prerogative as Sovereigns of the Kingdom of An Tir, to elevate those of Our subjects who have distinguished themselves through their courtesy, chivalry and prowess upon the field of honour.

Therefore let _____ henceforth be known as a peer of the realm. We charge Our subject with all the privileges and burdens of this rank as well as a Patent of Arms. [and grant ___ by letters Patent blazon] In token, whereof We have hereto set Our hand and affixed Our Great Seal on this ____th day of ____ Anno Societatis ____, being ___ AD.

Alternative:

Know all men by these presents that We, ___ and ___, (by right of arms) King and Queen of An Tir, having elevated Our subject____ to the rank of Knight/Master at arms/Mistress at arms/ in recognition of his/her chivalry and prowess upon the field of honor, and do hereby grant him/her a Patent of Arms. [if previously armigerous] We affirm his/her sole/unique and exclusive right to bear the following Arms throughout the Knowne World, that is to say (BLAZON) by Letters Patent.

[If not previously armigerous] Having commanded Our heralds to devise a suitable Blazon, We do hereby grant unto him /her (Blazon) by Letters Patent. Henceforth he/she shall have the sole/unique and exclusive right to bear these arms in the Knowne World. In witness whereof we hereto set Our hand and seal this ___ day of ___, Anno Socieatatis ___, being the year ___ of the common era (or you can put Gregorian).

Or:

Let it be known to all nobles and gentles herein assembled and to all whom these presents come that on this day, We, ___ King and ___, Queen (of the sovereign kingdom) of An Tir do acknowledge the chivalry and martial prowess of ___ and do confer upon him/her the accolade of Knight/hood/Mastery of Arms and do elevate him/her to the most honourable rank of Knight/Master of Arms in the Knowne World. We hereby grant Sir/Master/Mistress ____ the sole and exclusive right to bear (blazon) by Letters Patent, (and to display above the shield a side-facing silver helm with a torse and mantling [color] doubled [metal or fur]). In acknowledgement of this and by Royal Prerogative, we set Our Hand and Seal this ___ day of ___ Anno Societatis ____ being ___ Anno Domini.
You will need room for three signatures (king's, queen's, herald's) and two seals--the kingdom seal 3" and the heralds' 2".
