We do affirm her/his sole and exclusive right to bear by Letters Patent (blazon). By Our hands, this day of ___, Anno Societatis ___, being the year ___ of the common era.

(for those who have reigned as King)May it be known throughout the land the We ___, and ___ Sovereign King and Queen of An Tir in rightful succession of ___ and ___, in recognition that Our loyal subject ___ has once served the Crown as King of this Realm offering his valourous skills in battle and giving of his wisdom in council and in court, are pleased to invest him as Graf (or appropriate title). We hereby confirm by the Royal Letters Patent his right to bear (blazon). He shall from this day on be known by his coronet of gold, embattled, and his counsel shall be weighted as befits one who has once borne the Crown of this Our Realm.
Further, he shall henceforth be entitled to all other insignias, rights, honours, privileges and duties as are assigned one of such rank within the Kingdom of An Tir. In affirmation of his investiture as Count (or alternate title), We have this day set Our hands and affixed Our Great Seal to this document.
