Be it known by these presents that ___ having shown great accomplishment (in the field of or reason for award if known) doth greatly deserve reward. Therefore We, ___ King of An Tir and ___, Queen of An Tir, are minded to admit/elevate him/her to the Right Noble Order of the Jambe de Lion. Further, We do hereby honour him/her with a Grant of Arms, and do grant unto him/her (blazon). Henceforth he/she shall have the sole /unique and exclusive right to bear these arms in the Knowne World. We acknowledge this by setting here Our Hand and Seal this ___ day of ___, Anno Societatis ___, being ___ of the common era.
Please leave room for King and Queen's signature and for the herald's. As well, room should be left for a 2" herald's seal and a 3" kingdom seal.
