Our subject ___ has once reigned as Queen of the Land and therefore is elevated into
the Order of the Rose and shall henceforth be known as a Royal Peer with all rights and
privileges pertaining thereto and may bear arms by letters patent (blazon). In token
whereof We hereto set Our hand and affix Our great seal. This ___ of ___ the year
